Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing or using FlamePages, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you use the platform for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.

FlamePages is a SaaS platform for creating, editing and publishing landing pages, connecting domains, receiving forms and leads, viewing metrics, operating newsletters, managing teams, templates and integrations, plus automation, tracking and AI-assisted features.

Some features depend on your plan, workspace configuration, third-party services or technical availability.

You are responsible for protecting passwords, sessions, recovery codes and authorized devices. The system may require email verification before normal account use and supports two-factor authentication (2FA) when enabled.

Do not share credentials. Activity performed through a valid session may be treated as authorized until access is revoked.

Workspace owners and administrators control members, permissions and organizational settings. You are responsible for granting access only to authorized people and reviewing access when team members leave.

Limits for members, pages, domains, AI credits, premium templates and newsletter subscribers may vary by plan.

You remain responsible for content, media, code, forms, offers and materials published through FlamePages and represent that you have the rights needed to use them.

When collecting leads, subscriptions, form data or consent on published pages, you are responsible for providing appropriate notices, obtaining consent where required and complying with laws applicable to your business.

You may not use FlamePages for illegal activity, phishing, fraud, malware, credential theft, unsolicited spam, intellectual-property infringement, abusive content, or attempts to bypass limits, access controls or security measures.

You may not interfere with service availability, exploit vulnerabilities without authorization or use automation in a way that degrades the service for other users.

FlamePages may integrate with Stripe, infrastructure and domain/DNS services, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, email services and other providers configured by you.

Third-party services are also governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, changes or practices.

Paid plans are billed according to the price, currency, interval and limits shown at checkout. The free account lets you create, edit and publish within the limits shown on the pricing page, with no charge and no card on file. When the user selects a paid plan, Stripe processes the first charge during checkout and the plan features are activated after payment confirmation.

The eligible initial charge includes a 7-day money-back guarantee under the Refund Policy. Subsequent recurring charges continue automatically until applicable cancellation. Promotions, coupons and specific terms shown at checkout prevail for that purchase.

Stripe subscription cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current period. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.

Failed payments may place a subscription in past-due status, require payment action, trigger a grace period when available and later restrict workspace access.

FlamePages software, interface, brand, components and documentation belong to their respective owners and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the platform while your account remains authorized.

You grant FlamePages the technical license necessary to host, process, transform and publish your content solely to provide the requested service.

We work to keep the service stable and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, third parties, network incidents or technical changes may temporarily affect features.

We may update, replace or discontinue features, and will seek to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects core obligations.

We may suspend or limit access for violations of these Terms, security risks, fraud, abusive use, legal requirements or billing status that does not permit active access.

When ending use, export data you wish to keep within the available product tools and applicable time frames.

The platform is provided as available and may depend on third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee specific commercial results, lead volume, conversion rates, revenue or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, security, billing, integration or legal changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.

Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

FlamePages is intended for people aged 18 or over, or for minors duly represented, acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a legal entity they represent. By creating an account you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

Accounts identified as created by unrepresented minors under 18 will be closed.

For leads and contacts captured on the pages you publish, you are the controller of that data and FlamePages acts as processor, handling it on your instructions and under the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for informing data subjects, establishing the necessary legal bases, answering data subject requests relating to your pages, and complying with the LGPD, the GDPR and any other rules that apply to your business. You are also responsible for anti-spam rules when using the newsletter, sending only to people who consented.

Each lead’s name, email, phone, notes and form answers are anonymized automatically 730 days after the lead was last updated. Export anything you need to keep before then. The other retention periods are in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For consumer relationships the venue is the consumer’s domicile; for all other matters, the courts of Goiânia/GO, Brazil, where FlamePages is based, without prejudice to mandatory rules that determine a different venue.

Nothing in this clause removes non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
